First Storey Extension, Beaumont-Cum-Moze, Essex
Room With a View
The client came to us wanting to create an elevated family living space above their existing kitchen, where they could relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the property’s spectacular views across the Essex countryside.
Our in-house team of architects designed the new space with light and nature in mind, incorporating clever bi-fold doors, Velux windows and a stunning floor-to-ceiling picture window to frame the endless views of the fields surrounding the home and flood the room with natural light.
This beautiful living space was completed with a self-supporting glass balcony that blends the outdoors with the indoors and is finished with a low-maintenance HardiePlank clad exterior.
This property extension is the ultimate getaway; cool in summer, cosy in winter, and providing the perfect spot to relax, entertain or just watch the seasons as they change. Our clients are extremely pleased with the outcome and are thoroughly enjoying this wonderful new space.
